Caritas Australia joined with Catholic Mission and the Office of Justice and Peace to host a special Caritas Cafe for Archbishop Wilson and the staff of the Adelaide Diocesan Centre.
The dishes from the communities featured in Project Compassion 2010 were prepared by volunteers from each of the offices and presented with information, stories and posters about Caritas programs and the Millennium Development Goals.
This was one of the tastiest and certainly the most informative morning teas we have had ... and many of the staff wanted the recipes to try at home.
Special thanks to Angela and Diana for organizing the cafe and for their hard work and to all the other cooks and helpers who made the occasion special.
