Family Focus at the Adelaide "Blueprint"

Family Day saw colour, music and activity at the Exhibition ...

A family day was held at the Blueprint for a better world exhibition on 8 October. Children enjoyed drawing activities — picturing a world they would like to see — as well as colouring sheets, balloons and badge-making. Later, a special treat — Sue Harris presented her "Puppets Around the World" show, featuring marionnettes, string, glove and shadow puppets which were fun and "hands-on" for her audience.

The Burundian Choir — a local community group — later entertained the audience with singing, music and dance.

We were pleased to welcome local families to the exhibition and we were also joined by passing tourists who appreciated the messages of the display and the Family Day entertainment.

The Exhibition remains open on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. All welcome.
